COMMUNITY SERVICE

Community service & outreach is vital to our organization.  Developing relationships with community leaders, media, schools and local civic organizations is paramount to the VFW's mission.

Many veterans get involved in community service as a way of finding purpose and connecting with their neighbors upon their return to civilian life.  It also helps fight loneliness and boredom while showing the community that we're here to be active participants in our community.
